Box Office Hours/Ticketing/Admission
The Arts at Emory Box Office, open Monday-Friday 10:00 a.m.-6:00
p.m., is located in the Schwartz Center at 1700 N. Decatur
Rd, Atlanta, GA 30322. A Schwartz Center patron drop off and pick up
area for patrons with special needs and limited temporary (15-minute)
parking for box office patrons are available in designated areas in
the Allen Family Plaza.
Box Office Holiday Hours
Wednesday, November 21-Friday, November 23, 2007: CLOSED
Friday, December 21, 2007-Tuesday, January 1, 2008: CLOSED
Venue box offices also open one hour prior to scheduled ticketed events
at the venue location.
The box office is closed on New Year's Day, Martin
Luther King, Jr. Day, Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving
and the day after, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day through New Year's
Eve. (Subject to change)

Tickets for free events which require ticket reservations are held at
Will Call until 15 minutes prior to the event. Also, tickets to most
free events can be obtained at the door on a first-come, first-served
basis.
For ticketed events, call or visit the Arts at Emory box office. Advance purchase is recommended, however tickets are
often available at the door. Tickets can be purchased by mail, on-line, by telephone, fax, and in person. Cash, personal
checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are accepted. All sales are final and non-refundable. Ticket prices,
applicable discounts, group sales information, and event descriptions may be obtained by contacting the box office at 404.727.5050.

Arts at Emory Box Office Gift Certificates
Give your loved ones a gift of the arts. The Arts at Emory Box Office has gift certificates that
you may purchase for friends and family. Available in any denomination, these gift certificates are good for any event ticketed
through the Arts at Emory Box Office. Gift certificates are available in the Schwartz Center Box Office or by calling (404)
727-5050, Monday-Friday 10am-6pm.
To redeem your gift certificate, please call 404.727.5050 (phone order fee applies) or visit the Arts
at Emory Box Office located in the Schwartz Center at 1700 N. Decatur Road, Atlanta, Georgia, 30322. Please note that some
restrictions apply, including: redemption is based on seating availability, gift certificates are only valid for events ticketed
by the Arts at Emory Box Office; certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used to purchase another gift certificate;
standard box office order fees may apply upon redemption of certificate; and tickets must be reserved by noon on the previous
business day for events in venues other than the Schwartz Center and the Mary Gray Munroe Theater. The Arts at Emory Box
Office is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.

Museum admission is a suggested $5 donation. Located on the main Quadrangle, the Museum’s parking is in the visitor

Arts at Emory Discounts (some exceptions apply)
One discount may be applied to each purchase. Additional discounts may not be applied to events with special pricing.
Valid ID, membership cards, or other proof must be provided to receive a discount. Discounts vary by discipline. Music, dance,
and theater single ticket discounts (unless otherwise noted):

price.
Music, Theater, and Dance Discounts for the 2007-2008 Season:
25–100% for Emory students including Emory undergraduate and Oxford College students (music and theater limit one per ID, dance limit two per ID), graduate and professional school students (all events limit two per ID).
20-50% off (2 per ID or member card) Discount Category Members include: Emory alumni, retired and current Emory faculty and staff, and affiliates (CDC, Carter Library and Museum, Carter Center, American Cancer Society, Emory Healthcare, Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, etc.); patrons over 65 and under 18; parents of current Emory students; groups of ten or more; Friends of Music (sponsor level or above), Dance, Theater Emory, the University Libraries, Visual Arts, Film and Creative Writing; Michael C. Venue Services and Policies
Special Seating
Accessible seating for those with special needs and their companions may be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis
by calling 404.727.6640 for dance and music or 404.727.5050 for theater.
Children/Infants
Please inquire about age appropriateness before bringing a child to any event. Most ticketed events do not offer discounts
for children. If the child is less than two years old, and will sit on an adult's lap, the child's admission is free. If
a child uses a seat, full-price admission must be paid.
Late Arrivals
Please allow time for travel and parking when attending events. Patrons who arrive after the beginning of an event will
be seated at the discretion of the house manager during an appropriate performance break. Due to artistic decisions regarding
staging, late seating is not possible for some events.
